5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You must withdraw to the same payment method used for deposits, unless that method does not support withdrawals

• Final Results: jp1311 uses official results from game providers and sports governing bodies to settle all bets. In cases where official results are unavailable or disputed, jp1311 management will make a final determination.
• Betting Limits: Each game and market displays minimum and maximum betting limits. Attempting to circumvent betting limits through multiple accounts or coordinated betting is prohibited.
• Technical Issues: In the event of technical malfunctions, software errors, or server failures that affect game outcomes, jp1311 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore funds to player accounts.
• Irregular Play: jp1311 monitors gameplay for irregular patterns. Activities such as exploiting software bugs, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play may result in bet voidance, winnings confiscation, and account termination.
• Sports Betting Rules: For sports betting, if a match is postponed, abandoned, or does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Technical failures, including server downtime, network interruptions, or data corruption

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or emotional distress resulting from service use

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jp1311 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance according to standard withdrawal procedures. Closing your account does not absolve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.

10.2 Termination by jp1311

jp1311 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You fail to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or irregular activity on your account

Upon termination, jp1311 may confiscate any funds in your account if termination resulted from breach of these terms or fraudulent activity.
